Dartmouth on Purpose (DOP)

Dartmouth on Purpose is a student group that promotes and supports self-reflection and mindful "on purpose" action to empower every student to THRIVE at Dartmouth. Thriving, or being holistically well, is a state in which students can achieve optimized performance and growth at Dartmouth and beyond. For more information or to get involved blitz Dartmouth.On.Purpose@dartmouth.edu

Movement Against Violence (MAV)

MAV is a student run organization that seeks to educate peers on sexual violence prevention at Dartmouth by facilitating discussions that challenge certain accepted norms on our campus. For more information or to get involved blitz Movement.Against.Violence@Dartmouth.edu.

Sexual Health Peer Educators (Sexperts)

Serve as educational peer educators and provide one-on-one direct service for students who wish to speak to a peer on an individual basis. They also respond to requests for peer education around issues of healthy relationships, pleasure-based sexuality, STIs and contraception. For more information or to get involved blitz Sexperts@Dartmouth.edu.

Wellness Peers

Students will become resources for their peers after a one-term training in Motivational Interviewing and the core roots of wellness. The training equips students with skills to engage peers in one-on-one meetings that support self-exploration, increased motivation, and support students if and when they commit to a positive change for their wellbeing. Students who have gone through Thriving Together can elect to be a Wellness Peer and hold office hours to support fellow students in their health and wellness. For more information or to get involved blitz Mary.B.Nyhan@dartmouth.edu.
