Mr. Ammon Mutembwa specializes in trans-boundary water resource issues, diplomacy and conflict prevention. He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Ibaden (Nigeria) and the MA in International Relations from the University of Westminster (London), with Distinction. Since 1994, Mr. Mutembwa has worked as Under Secretary in the Office of the President, Harare, Zimbabwe, where he is responsible for policy research and analysis. Previously, he served on the Zimbabwe Trade Mission to South Africa and, from 1991-1994, as Political Counsellor in the Zimbabwe High Commission, London. Mr. Mutembwa's long-term research interests include scarce resources (water) and conflict resolution efforts in Southern Africa.
