Welcome!
The GSC at Dartmouth is a student-run governing body dedicated to improving the quality of life for the diverse population of graduate students. Together with the Graduate Studies Office, we aim to foster a sense of community by sponsoring social as well as content-driven events, providing financial support for student organizations, and supporting college-wide initiatives that directly impact the graduate student demographic. Details of our purpose can be found in our Constitutions & Bylaws.
Updates
6/2/2009: We have approved the conference grant and a trial period of discounts for grad students from the Nugget! We are also very excited to host a series of Town Hall style meetings, in which we would welcome all grad students to voice their concerns during theme-based discussion. We are also working on creating an Orientation Guide for the in-coming grad students. And of course, the tradition of the GSC holding awesome parties continues--check out the list of events below!

Meetings
GSC meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month at 5:30 PM. All graduate students are welcome to attend; free pizza and drinks are provided.
The next GSC meeting is Tuesday, August 4th at 5:30 PM, in 1930's Room of Rockefeller Center. (There will be no July meeting.) Meeting agenda will be posted a day before the meeting.
