
Sandra Spiegel is the Director of Graduate Recruiting and Diversity. As such, she oversees the recruitment of all Arts and Sciences graduate students with a special emphasis on recruiting underrepresented students.
Sandy has a history at Dartmouth dating back to the nineties when she worked at Dick's house for four years as a counselor. She also worked in the Provosts Office at the University of Vermont overseeing the recruitment of students from underrepresented groups and served as the director of the ALANA student Center for four years.
A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Spiegel has an extensive background in teaching and counseling. She holds an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Antioch New England Graduate School and a B.S. from Spelman College.
Sandy has established connections across the country where she travels to conferences, career and graduate fairs to recruit for A& S programs.
