Dartmouth College offers financial aid to graduate students through both institutional and federal programs. Grants, scholarships, fellowships, and internships awarded to Dartmouth College graduate students are administered by individual graduate programs. Specific information about graduate program costs and institutional grant aid is available on the program web site through the links below:

  • The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice (TDI) does not have tuition assistance grants for the Master's level program. If you are a doctoral student please contact TDI's office directly. For more information email The.Dartmouth.Institute.EdProg@Dartmouth.edu or link to TDI's website.
  • Arts & Sciences doctoral programs offer graduate tuition assistance and stipends. Your department will notify you of your eligibility as part of the admission process. For more information email Graduate.Studies@Dartmouth.edu
  • The Master of Arts in Liberal Studies (MALS) program offers some tuition assistance. These awards are based on a combination of need and merit criteria. You must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and the Graduate Student Financial Aid Application to apply for grant assistance. For more information email MALS@Darmtouth.edu or link to MALS
