The Hood Museum of Art at Dartmouth’s most recent exhibition,Tradition Transformed: Tibetan Artists Respond, was recently featured in the online publication ArtDaily. The exhibition features the work of nine artists, five come from from Tibet, three from Nepal, and one from India.When the exhibition opened this past weekend, the Hood hosted monks from the Namgyal Monastery and Institute of Buddhist Studies to create a traditional sand mandala in the galleries.
