Lilian Kabeche, a fifth-year PhD candidate in the Molecular and Cellular Biology program, was recently featured on the blog of Bárbara Alcaraz Silva of the University of California, Irvine. Kabeche was a recipient of an award in the poster competition of the Minority Affairs Committee (MAC) of the American Society of Cell Biology (ASCB).
