Faculty

While all of the Department's faculty actively pursue research in a variety of areas, they also take pride in regularly teaching at all levels of the course offerings, from beginning language to advanced seminars. Most also collaborate with other departments in interdisciplinary courses, e.g. Classics, Comparative Literature, Film Studies, Humanities 1 & 2, Jewish Studies, and Women's and Gender Studies.

A number of other departments at the College offer courses directly related to German Studies, e.g. Art History, History, Music, and Philosophy.
