Dartmouth's official opening for the Class of 2013 is Tuesday, September 15th from 8:30 a.m. to noon. Traffic will be tight, so please be prepared to unload your belongings at the curb and then quickly move your car to a satellite parking lot. Professional and student workers will be available to distribute keys, direct traffic, and to help you move belongings to your room. Directional signs will be posted on campus to assist you in finding your building/cluster.
Should you arrive between noon and 4:30 p.m., please go to the Undergraduate Housing Office, located in the basement of North Massachusetts Hall, to pick up your key. Arrivals after 4:30 pm should contact the Safety and Security Office, located at 5 Rope Ferry Road, to gain access to your room.
Move in dates for early arrival athletes and members of DOC Trips E-J will coincide with the start date for your specific team or trip. Unless you have permission to arrive earlier, you will not be housed until September 15th. We cannot make exceptions to this policy so please plan accordingly.
