Major: Government with French Minor

Current Work and Impact of French Minor: Since 2003, I have been working in refugee law, first as a law school intern, then as a law clerk, and then in legal services. I am currently a

Visiting Assistant Professor at Boston University School of Law’s clinical immigration program, where students represent noncitizens in a legal services setting.  We represent a significant number of Haitians and Cameroonians, though our clients also include nationals of Algeria, the Central African Republic, Cote D’Ivoire, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Rwanda, most of whom are French-speaking.
