Transdex indexed the  material by keywords and personal names with the material divided into 2 sections, a) Series and  Ad Hoc Title, and b) Bibliography. The index was published monthly with annual cumulations. Each citation is assigned an accession number that allows you to find the  document in the microfiche collection.
