Work Control Center

The Work Control Center, located in McKenzie Hall, is responsible for handling all service requests for Facilities Trades (Carpentry, Electrical, Electronics, Equipment Maintenance, Grounds, Labor, Paint). Use this form for Work Order Requests.

The Work Control team has been working to make the overall work control process more efficient and information more accessible. Improvements include:

• A web-based Work Order Request form which should be used for all non-emergency requests, except
  • Events requests will be handled through Conferences & Special Events
  • Tuck students and staff should contact the Tuck Events & Facilities Office
  • Undergraduate students should use a link to the Office of Residential Life
• The ability to view the status of your service requests through the Service Request form
• Standardized priority and status codes to expedite the scheduling of work
• E-mail notification to requesters about the status of their work order (This is being rolled out as a pilot program through Fall 2010.)
