Building Hours

Use of College facilities should be scheduled through either the Registrar or the Events Office. The College will reduce hours of building occupancy to conserve energy without compromising the institution's instructional, research and social missions. Similar after-hours use of facilities should be concentrated in as few facilities as necessary with other facilities closed and temperatures moderated as stated in the heating and cooling section. If there are legitimate isolated occupancy needs after hours, heat will be provided in office areas on a "one shot" basis.

Any deviations from the standards above must be reviewed by FO&M.
