Before you can access any of the Oracle or reporting applications, you must accept a confidentiality agreement. The agreement is available on the Controller's Office Forms page.
Anyone who will access Oracle applications (whether they are a full-time or part-time employee, a student, a contractor, or a temporary worker) needs an account set up in Oracle. The first step toward setting up an account is to complete the security access form. The form and instructions on how to complete it are available on the Controller's Office Forms page.
To request a new Org, Funding, Activity, SubActivity, or Natural Class value in the chart of accounts, go to the Controller's Office Forms page and download the appropriate form and review the corresponding instructions.
