Descriptions of the financial applications and tools used at the College follow: 

• Oracle General Ledger - Processing engine for accounting transactions across the College.
• Oracle Grants Accounting - Application that addresses the unique reporting and management needs of sponsored projects.
• Chart Strings and PTAEO Lookup Tool - A Web-based tool that allows you to find your chart strings by entering your previous FAS account numbers.
• Financial Reporting Tools - Set of Web-based reporting tools.
• Hyperion Planning - Application to complete budgeting for FY'09 and beyond.
• eProcurement - An online purchasing system from which faculty and staff can purchase goods from electronic catalogs.
