P-Card Policy:

Receipts are not required for W.B. Mason and other preferred suppliers. The P-Card e-Form is only required when changing a chartstring or purchasing something other than Office Supplies.

Payroll Policy:

Payroll, in cooperation with the Finance Centers, has implemented a new process for correcting Student Time in Kronos. The purpose of this change is intended to address unresponsive student employee to supervisor notification of a timecard error.

The Dartmouth College Finance Centers are highly skilled service units organized to manage Dartmouth's financial transactions for Divisions and Departments in support of Finance and Administration's Mission.

Who we are

The finance centers are organized into four separate centers to support the major divisions of the College Dartmouth College divisions and departments.

Each finance center offers a core set of services, including the transactional processing and reporting for:

  • Payroll
  • Accounts Payable
  • Procurement Services
  • Accounting
  • Financial Reporting

Depending on the needs in the these areas, each Finance Center, in addition to its core services, may add services to support special requirements.
