Parent's Tax Return

March 1st - 1st Year Students

April 15th - Renewal Students

U.S. Residents:

Signed copies of Parents' 2012 Federal Income Tax Return, including all schedules and W-2 forms. Please be sure that the student's name and Dartmouth ID (if applicable) appears at the top of each page submitted.  If no income tax return will be filed, this should be certified in writing by completing the 2012 Non-tax Filing Statement.  Submit information to IDOC.

Canadian Residents:

Signed copies of all pages and schedules of Parents' 2012 Canadian Tax Return. If you file a U.S. tax return in addition to a Canadian return, both must be submitted. Please be sure that the student's name and Dartmouth ID (if applicable) appears at the top of each page submitted. If no income tax return will be filed, this should be certified in writing by completing the 2012 Non-tax Filing Statement. Please be sure to provide all income received and the source of income.  Submit information to the Financial Aid Office.

International Residents:

Income and benefits statements from employers. These statements should include the total amount earned in calendar year 2012, taxes paid (if known) and benefit allowances. Statements from employers must be in English or a translated copy must be attached. You may translate the information for us.  Please be sure that the student's name and Dartmouth ID (if applicable) appears at the top of each page submitted.  Submit information to the Financial Aid Office.
