Endowed Scholarship Data Sheet

Students applying for Dartmouth scholarship funds are required to complete or update the Scholarship Data Sheet online for the 2013-2014 academic year.

  • The Scholarship Data Sheet is accessible through Banner Student Self-Service. From the Undergraduate Student Main Menu, choose Financial Aid Menu, then choose Scholarship Data Sheet.
  • Update prior years Data Sheet Information with current information. Scholarship funds will not post to a student's account unless the online form has been updated.
  • Your application will be considered incomplete if the Scholarship Data Sheet is not updated and submitted.
