Julie Sagalowsky '00 was awarded a Student Emmy Award for her film Lucy: A Period Piece. Julie's film, which she made as a second year student at the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television, was awarded 1st Place for Comedy at the 30th Annual College Television Awards ceremony, held on March 22nd. The awards are sponsored by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
