If you are a highly motivated individual interested in using a variety of laboratory techniques (biochemistry, genetics, molecular biology, microscopy) to solve a cell biological problem, consider joining our group. We currently have openings for a graduate student as well as post-doctoral associate.

Graduate Students
Potential graduate students must apply for admission to Dartmouth’s Molecular and Cellular Biology Graduate Program. Current MCB students interested in the Smith lab should contact Dr. Elizabeth Smith by email to inquire about a laboratory rotation.

Post-doctoral Associates
Potential post-doctoral associates should send a letter of intent and curriculum vitae to Dr. Elizabeth Smith . For those post-doctoral associates interested in undergraduate teaching, Dartmouth College offers Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI) supported Post-Doctoral Fellowships which include opportunities for both teaching and research.
