The Dartmouth Environmental Network (DEN) was founded in 1989 as a
loosely-knit alumni group to promote awareness of environmental issues and
professional opportunities. In 2000, it was reformulated to keep the
Dartmouth community informed about developments in ecological technology,
process, and thought. Its last mailing to members was made in August 2005.
In 2007, the decision was made to continue reaching out to alumni with
periodic electronic newsletters.
The Dartmouth Environmental Network newsletter, Beyond the Green, is
published electronically three times a year--in October, January, and April.
Any questions about the newsletter can be directed to Susan Milord, the current
coordinator/designer.
