EHS has completed the new on line Introduction to Laboratory Safety Course, this course replaces the monthly classroom offerings and removes any remaining barriers to full compliance by anyone working in a DC laboratory specifically undergraduates with class conflicts.

Specific Information on X-ray Producing Equipment Use
All x-ray producing equipment must be registered with Environmental Health & Safety and the New Hampshire Bureau of Radiological Health. After receipt of the registration form and inspection of the facility by the Radiation Safety Officer, approval for use is granted by the Radiation Safety Committee. At Dartmouth College, x-ray producing equipment is organized into X-ray Centers.
