The Gas Bench is designed to sample the headspace of a sample tube. A special two-hole needle blows helium into a sample bottle and receives the outflow. Any gas that is present in the tube can be measured. The Gas Bench is used in measurement of carbonates, CO2 equilibration with water, DIC, and can be used for a variety of other applications.
