Presentation on the Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare)

system and payment reforms such as Accountable Care Organizations. Professor Colla will briefly describe each
of these provisions and discuss recent research on the efficacy of Accountable Care Organizations.
Dr. Carrie Colla is Assistant Professor at The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice at

Hedge Fund Recruiting $5,000 Portfolio Management Competition
We have invited Upgrade Capital, a company that connects prospective hedge fund employers
with talented students.
Upgrade Capital is hosting its second three-month intercollegiate investing competition this fall.
The competition is to be held on a proprietary platform featuring live market data and sophisticated
performance analytics. In addition to being able to build up meaningful trading records, students
will have a chance to interact with peers from across a dozen top-tier universities. Participants
showing the best performance will have a chance to engage in on-going dialogue with hedge fund PMs.
Top three competitors will split a $5,000 prize pool.
Students with little or no prior markets experience will be given access to
specially developed educational materials. Those wishing to apply what they learn
and write up trade ideas will be aided by mentors selected from among the most experienced students in the competition.
