Dartmouth Ropes Course
The Dartmouth Ropes Course consists of three separate facilities located at Storrs Pond in Hanover, NH. On the courses small groups work together to complete a team challenge course with problem-solving initiatives. Each group works with an experienced facilitator who is the guide through the course. The Odyssey high, Project Adventure Low and the Team Development low courses provide an opportunity to have fun, challenge yourself, and learn more about yourself and the people in your group.
Project Adventure Low Ropes Course
The Ropes course
This is an extensive system and variety of traditional low course elements, including, for example, the "spider web", the "wall", the "Mohawk walk", and the "nitro crossing".
Participants work in groups of up to 15 max. to complete each challenge. The course requires team effort, creativity, and communication. Each element requires both physical and mental commitment from each participant, but are not necessarily physically demanding.
This low course can accommodate several groups at once. There are enough teambuilding elements and space in this area to accommodate large organizations, as many as 125 people.
Limit: Varies. 8 - 15 people per small group. Time: 3 hours
Before your trip to the Ropes Course, please download and read the participant information sheet.
