Reservations
Reservations open January 1 for Dartmouth students, alums, and employees, and April 1 for the general public.
A deposit of $12.00 per person per night will be required for overnight reservations, or 50% for a meals-only reservation. Deposits can be paid by check or by credit card (Visa, MC, or Discover). Reservations may be cancelled if deposit is not received within two weeks.

Cancellations
Cancellations made more than twenty-one days in advance will receive full refund. Cancellations three to twenty-one days in advance will not receive a refund but may get a credit of up to $120 per day to be put towards a future stay within one year of the original reservation. Cancellations fewer than three days in advance will receive no refund or future credit.

Dartmouth students, and children under eighteen, pay Student rates. Groups of ten or more can reserve bunks in the Lodge or the Bunkhouses at the Bunkhouse rate.
Midweek discount, Sunday through Thursday nights: $4.00 off.
Lodge beds are in the main building and have showers and toilets down the hall. Bunkhouses use bathrooms in the Lodge. Bunkrooms sleep two, three, four, five, six, or twelve. Unless your party has booked a room to capacity, plan on sharing the room with another party on weekends. Bunks have mattresses, pillows and pillowcases, and wool blankets are available. Linens (sheets and a towel) are available for $8 per set.

Dartmouth students, and children under eighteen, pay Student rates (children under three eat free).Breakfasts and dinners are served family-style in the main room. Breakfast is served at 7:30 am (8:00 am on Sundays) and dinner is served at 6:30 pm. A 15% gratuity will be added to served meals for groups of ten or more.
Fresh-baked goods, coffee, tea and soda are available all day, bake-sale style.
Student Season Passes
Dartmouth students are eligible to purchase a season pass which entitles them to overnight accommodations, dinner and breakfast. Season passes are non-refundable and non-transferable, can not be used more than two nights in a row, and do not cover special events such as Senior Dinners, Sophomore Trips, Spring or Fall Weekeneds, etc. People wishing to use a season pass must still make reservations in the conventional way.

Special group services can be arranged for groups of ten or more. A 15% gratuity will be added to served lunches for groups of ten or more. Groups of forty or more may be eligible for (or asked to make) exclusive booking of the lodge. School, camp, and other youth groups are expected to supply at least one adult chaperones for every five children.

The Lodge’s main room or the Lougee Room/Leich Lounge area can each hold fifty and may only be reserved Mondays through Fridays, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. The Benton Classroom can hold twenty and has an attached bunkroom for twenty-four. Dartmouth academic classes and groups with overnight reservations may use conference spaces without charge with advance notice.
An 8% New Hampshire Rooms and Meals tax may apply to some bills.
