Incoming Student Registration

How to Register

1. Read the Instructions.

   NOTE: It is very important that you read this document before registering, as it contains important information that you won’t find out from anywhere else!

2. Read the letters of welcoming, to see how stoked we are to have you go on a Trip!
   • Letter from the Trips Director
   • Letter from the DOC President
   • Letter from Dean Crady
   • Recollections from Past Participants
   • Letter to Exchange Students
   • Letter to International Students
   • Letter to Transfer Students
3. Register: Blitz or email 'DOC Trips' to obtain an electronic registration form!
4. Signatures: Print the Signatures form, sign it, and have your parent or legal guardian sign it. Mail or fax the form to us.
5. Pay: Send us your payment.

   Please read the Instructions for information on cost, financial assistance, bus fees, etc.

   Pay by Credit Card: If you are paying by credit card, print the Credit Card Form and mail or fax the completed form to us.

   Order DOC Media: If you would like to order any DOC media, print the Book Order Form and mail or fax the completed form to us as well.
