Dartmouth Cross Country Ski Center
The Dartmouth Cross Country Ski Center maintains over twenty-five kilometers of groomed cross country ski trails on Oak Hill, the Golf Course and Garipay Field in Hanover, New Hampshire. The Center is based out of the DOC House on Occom Pond, which provides equipment rentals for skiing, skating, and other winter activities, as well as group and private instruction.

Passes required! Download a season trail pass application (Word, 22KB), or buy a day pass at DXC on Occom pond for $10.

Bring the whole family for cross country skiing, skating and sledding. • Skates, snowshoes, and skis are available for rent. Skates sharpened while you wait.
Perfect Weekend Activities! • With an open fire to keep warm and hot food and beverages for lunch, the Cross Country Ski Center is the perfect place for families or groups of friends to come spend their Saturdays. We offer a social atmosphere, friendly staff, steamed hot dogs, chili and hot chocolate every weekend with outdoor grilling on certain dates.
Sections of Golf Course off-limits • Please stay off roped areas of the golf course!
Groomed Trails Off-limits to Dogs • Please remember, no dogs are allowed on or near groomed trails. Please keep your dogs twenty-five feet away from all groomed ski trails.

Howl at the Moon
The Dartmouth Cross Country Ski Center brings you the 4th Annual “Howl at the Moon”. A progressive dinner out on the golf course lit by torches and fire pits and catered by our local merchants. Fun for all and a limited number of tickets sold. Please purchase tickets ($10/person; free for ages 5 and under) at the Dartmouth Cross Country Ski Center at the DOC House on Occom Pond. EBA's, Ramutos, Hanover Inn, Murphy's, Lou's, Ben and Jerry's, and more. Great live music in the DOC House.

XC Ski Lessons
Clinics
Every Saturday (classic) and Sunday (skate), 9:30-11am and 1:30-3pm, conditions permitting. Several levels, no experience necessary. $20/person, does not include rental or trail pass. Call (603) 643-6534 to reserve space.
Group Private Lessons
By appointment, $16 per person per hour. Rental and trail pass not included.
Private Lessons
By appointment, $25 per hour. Rental and trail pass not included. Private lesson package, which includes ski rental and trail pass, is available for $40 per hour.

Winter Equipment
Available for rent: mountain snowshoes, backcountry ski packages, lanterns, mountaineering boots, clothing (mittens, jackets, etc.), tents, stoves, sleeping bags, and more!
