Registration
You must pre-register by mail in order to
attend this meeting. Registrations will be accepted on a
first-come first-served basis. Space is strictly
limited and cutoffs will be determined by the postmark date. Register
early to ensure your spot. Any questions concerning registration
should be directed to Mark
Franklin.
On Site Registration Location and Hours
Registration will be in the Wheelock Room, 2nd
floor, Hanover Inn
at the following hours:
Tuesday, July 13, 2004 12:30 - 1:00
Wednesday, July 14, 2004 7:30 - 8:00
Registration Fees
Registration fee before Monday, June 21, 2004: $200
Registration fee after June 21, 2004: $250
Registration forms must be completed and mailed with a check
or money order made payable to Dartmouth College. Credit cards
are
not accepted. Registration fees are non-refundable.
