Mac Notes:

Mozilla will allow you to have many certificates and choose the one you want to use

Mail.app assumes that you have only one cert that matches exactly (including case) the name you have configured for your e-mail address

Root cert must be installed in X509Anchors keychain

 

Windows Notes:

CAPI supports many certificates and let you choose the one you want to use

Outlook Express only works with single key/cert with both uses enabled
