Symposium

DEN holds a biannual symposium at the Moosilauke Ravine Lodge in the fall. This symposium is open to all DEN members and students of the College. Themes are focused on local and global topics of environmental interest.

On Campus Workshops

Occurring when the need arises, workshops are focused on timely, particular concerns where DEN feels that it can, by virtue of its network, initiate or enhance the discussion. Broadly, the goals for these workshops are to strengthen the Environmental Studies Program and the College's commitment to ecological stewardship.

Career Panels

An annual event, DEN hosts a panel of speakers to talk with students about their experiences in the environmental field.

Directory

The DEN directory is a valuable networking tool . It is available to members and to students, faculty, and administrators of the College. Entries includes major, year of graduation, employer, fields of interest, and contact information. It is on-line and fully searchable.

Newsletter

Beyond the Green is a newsletter that reports significant events occurring within DEN, on-campus environmental news, and other related material. Published quarterly, DEN members and students are encouraged to submit stories, articles, and career profiles.
