 How long have you been working with Dartmouth Dining Services (DDS)?

Almost 6 years.

Anywhere in Collis Café!

 

As a native New Englander, what regional cuisine do you like to share with Dartmouth students?

Anything with fresh apples!

 

What can you tell new students about what DDS has to offer?  Visit all dining locations and find the one that fits your style. Our menus constantly change from term-to-term so keep track of what’s going on. You may be surprised at what we have to offer.  I would also say that we love feedback and new ideas. Don’t be afraid to approach us with thoughts you may have.

 

 What is your favorite culinary special event that DDS hosts?

I’ve really enjoyed April in Paris with French cooking, and, of course, you can’t go wrong with the local foods dinners that showcase farmers in the area. 

 

  

Do you prefer spring, summer, winter, or fall at Dartmouth? And why?

I love everything about fall—the weather, the views, scents, and local products that are available. It is the most beautiful time of year!

 

What would you recommend to students as healthy mind/body fuel at Collis?  Fresh made sushi at Collis.

At Collis Café you will find homemade baked items, soup, lunch specials, made to order stir-fry, omlets, breakfast sandwiches, sushi 5X per week, and more!
