Claudette L. Peck,
LCMHC, RD, LD, Coordinator of Nutrition Programs at Dartmouth.
Claudette Peck is a licensed clinical mental health
counselor and a registered, licensed dietitian. She is new to Dartmouth
College as of Winter 2003. Prior to coming to Dartmouth College,
Claudette had a private practice in Burlington, Vermont serving
individuals, groups and families working with issues around food, eating
disorders, weight management and general nutrition. She also worked at
the University of Vermont teaching nutrition counseling to Dietetic
majors, and working as the Nutritionist in their Center for Health and
Wellbeing and acted as a co-founder of UVM's HOPE team (Help Overcome
Problem Eating). Claudette has worked in the field of eating disorders,
weight management and nutrition for 13 years.
Claudette received her Bachelor's of Science degree in
Dietetics from the University of Vermont. She moved to Boston, MA to
complete her AP-4 training in dietetics from Boston University and
completed her internship at Newton-Wellsley Hospital.
Claudette completed her Master's of Science degree in
Counseling at the University of Vermont and completed her internship
training at the Counseling Center of the University of Vermont.
Claudette resides in Enfield, New Hampshire with her husband
Richard and their two children, Evan and Jordan.

Cholesterol Tests: Come down to Dick's House for a free cholesterol test. The dietitian will e-mail the results to you within several days. (You do not need to fast for this test.)
