Executive Board Meeting, February 17th, 1999

Present: Barb Sagraves, Barb Krieger, Nancy Markee, Cheryl Burns, John Cocklin, Deb Sicard, Kathleen Kidd, MiMi Curphey, Bill Ghezzi, Emily Soden

The meeting was called to order at 2:20.

Minutes: The minutes from 1/20/99 were approved with 3 revisions.

Announcements: None

Reports

President: Barb has sent out reminders about scholarships being available. Treasurer's Report: January & February reports were accepted and there will be a follow-up next meeting.

Crafts Fair Committee: MiMi stated that the expense of Collis Rental and Advertising has been totaled at $110 and has been added to the report. MiMi will be giving a final report at the next Board meeting.

Scholarship: 2 requests have been made

Welfare: No activity

Social Committee: The Boston Bus Trip is March 20, 1999. Only 1 seat left!

Old Business: Barb Krieger reported that Goodie Tuesdays are going well and the Task Force will continue to explore further possibilities. Barb Krieger will be sending out a blitz to let people know how things are going.

New Business: Barb Sagraves noted that it was time to be thinking about the elections and the Spring Meeting.

Lois Krieger's Retirement after 30+ years and Beth Sayles is leaving May 7th after 21 years.

The Meeting was adjourned at 3:05pm.
