Vision
DCARE envisions a community in which each member feels a sense of wholeness,
purpose and connectedness and in which harm related to alcohol, tobacco, other
drugs and addictions does not occur.
Mission
To bring together people at Dartmouth and in the greater community to
help effectively prevent and address substance and addiction problems as
personal and public health issues based on sound science, clinical
understanding and collective experience.
