Ceceilia Gaposchkin, Assistant Dean of the Faculty for Undergraduate
Pre-Major Advising, and Rovana Popoff, Dean of Upperclass Students, have teamed
up to form a new discussion group hosted by DCAL. Recognizing that deans and
faculty have few chances to talk to each other about their respective
experiences with undergraduates, our goal in these discussions is to gain
better appreciation of each other's perspectives and to talk about common
issues before they come up in crisis situations. Different topics will be
discussed each term. Forward your ideas for discussion topics to
DCAL.
