Club Overview

To increase black leadership, DBBA aims to provide quality programming, networking opportunities, and resources to its members which will enable success in future careers.

Mission

Our mission is to act as a platform within the undergraduate African-American Community which prepares its members to be succesful in thier future business careers and which cultivates and fosters interest in business.

Objectives

  • To act as a liason between black Dartmouth students and the business world.
  • To encourage and facilitate network building( through conferences and other events)
  • To educate African-American students about opportunites in business
  • To be a support group for those black students interested in business
  • To provide a framework for success for all members
  • To increase the number of culturally and socially responsible Dartmouth African-American business leaders who find success in their future careers
  • To recognize outstanding achievement within the membership
  • To inform the membership of professional and academic opportunites relating to business
  • To effectively allocate resources towards the organization of quality programming and trips pursuant to our mission
