Pearson Leads Communications

Diana L. Pearson has joined Dartmouth as vice president for communications. She will work to increase understanding of and support for Dartmouth's educational and public service activities, by developing and implementing the institution's overall communications strategy. Pearson served most recently as senior vice president for corporate communications and media relations for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. Previously, she was director of public affairs for TIME Magazine, and director of communications for Newsweek Magazine. A native of Bay Shore, N.Y., Pearson is a graduate of Vassar College, where she majored in history.
