WE WANT YOU!

Uncle SamTo talk to us about Dartmouth during the WWII years

The campus during the WWII era was a very different place than it is now or than it was before. If you are an alumnus or Dartmouth spouse from the WWII era, the College wants to hear from you. What was it like to arrive on campus in 1941 before the United States had become involved in the war? What happened after Pearl Harbor? What was it like to be a Dartmouth spouse during these years? What might Dartmouth students today and in the future learn from your experiences?

Dartmouth wants to honor those experiences by documenting them through an oral history project. To participate, contact Mary Donin, oral history editor, by telephone at (603) 646-9268 or send her an e-mail at mary.donin@dartmouth.edu.
