"Vox Clamantis" via Web and iPod

Dartmouth's Office of Public Affairs has entered the realm of podcasting. A new series of audio programs called "Views from the Green" offers a chance to hear Dartmouth voices on a variety of topics.

"We are increasingly aware of the potential effectiveness of new technologies in communicating with Dartmouth's stakeholders, so we are always seeking ways to use them in our communications efforts," says William Walker '71A, Vice President for Public Affairs. "The podcasts are a new way for alumni and parents to know what's being discussed at Dartmouth, and they also demonstrate the College's academic leadership on the national and international levels."

The growing archive of podcasts includes interviews with Professor of Economics Andrew Samwick on Social Security reform and Associate Professor of Computer Science Hany Farid on digital forensics.
