Students are encouraged to pursue study-abroad programs recognized by the Department. At present, DAMELL sponsors a Foreign Study Program (FSP) in Beijing, China, as well as Advanced Language Study Abroad (LSA+) programs in both Fez, Morocco, and Tokyo, Japan. DAMELL also recognizes several Hebrew programs in Israel and elsewhere for transfer credit. An exchange opportunity in Korea is currently being explored (see below).
