Procedure
Deadline for receipt of proposals for both panels and individual papers
is May 1, 2005.
Proposals for individual papers should consist of an abstract of no
more than 250 words.
Proposals for panels should include:
- a cover letter describing the topic and listing all participants,
including discussants;
- abstracts for each of the papers of no more than 250 words.
Submit proposals either by mail or electronically (not both) to Dennis
Washburn at one of the following addresses:
