Dartmouth Cycling Wiki | Races / Cornell 2006

In very brief:

The Road Race: Toby Marzot won the road race, after an epic breakaway that also contained Rudy (who ended up 5th). Legge Hill was quite steep and hard. Knickerbocker got third after botching the sprint in his breakaway group.

The Crit: The course was very short,very flat, pretty wide, and had 4 corners. It ended up being a very fun course, reminding me a lot of racing at the claremont speedway. A nasty spill in the women's field brought down both Jen and kat. Kat managed to finish the race 7th (despite being unable to shift due to an injured wrist). Kevin got 3rd in the crit with a sick nasty sprint.

The drive home: after an epic wait at the hospital, we finally headed home from cornell at roughly 9pm. Rolled into Hanover around 4am. Epic.

All in all, a very successful weekend.
