Saturday Has Come And Gone

For zero, a question that someone needs to investigate (probably Kat Carr): Is it possible to collect all the cookie dough in Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream and actually bake cookies from it?

For one, check out the shape of this track-- unreal.

For two, a quotation from Tim Doud's latest update-- "School has been pretty much my life for the last two weeks. I spent 18 hours in the library over the span of three days last week." Ok Tim, I know you can't spell for shit, but I thought your math skills would at least be rudimentary. 18hrs over 3 days= 6 hours a day. I've been constipated in the library bathroom for longer than that.

For three, check out this rabbit's mad skills:

For four, a dog getting it on with a cat:

Ok, enough random stuff.

For five, I just watched a French surfing movie, "Brice de Nice" (Brice from Nice). It's about a guy who thinks he's a surfer dude from Nice. (even though there are no waves in Nice). It was a pretty atrocious movie. Picture of Brice is below. The most depressing thing was that I needed the english subtitles as a crutch... so much French school has gone down the drain.

For 6, today's ride: Did the usual saturday sproul ride. Did the Mt. Diablo saddle loop, 72mi. Felt surprisingly untired after yesterday's big ride. Completely hazed myself up Mt. Diablo-- I was riding with the 4 other people who wanted to do Diablo instead of Norris canyon. We were doing a reasonable pace near the bottom (~250 watts), then things got out of hand when a couple of people we had passed latched onto the back of the group. Needless to say, this was unacceptable. Why is this unacceptable? I don't know, watch Braveheart or something and you'll understand. I went to the front and drilled it till they fell off. They were pretty clingy, so it took awhile, but it was so worth it.

The final point is christmas themed, as today is christmas eve eve: you know you live in Berkeley when you hear someone say they bought carbon credits as Christmas gifts for their children.
