News in my life:

since 1:30 AM last night i have eaten more cookies, both by volume and by weight, than in the entire year leading up to that point. that is true.

Also: i almost had to quit bike racing because of a horribly painful condition. it turned out to be something else. i was drinking too much coffee, five cups roughly a day and strong enough to make a swarthy turkish man go Bleah bleah bleah! and it was actually causing my prostate to enlarge, painfully. before that point though someone thought it was a twisted testicle, and i actually got airlifted to bellingham. ask me about it sometime.

this is an off week so my training is going to consist of, eating more cookies, followed by some peanut butter cups, just to mix it up. then, after that, i have nothing left because i ruined coffee for myself by consuming too much. story of my life. so i'll probably read a book, maybe see some friends from high school that i no longer feel like i know.
