Arrive Early For Your Interview

Bring your Student ID card and arrive at the Recruiting entrance of Center for Professional Development for check-in 10 minutes prior to interview start time. All first round interviews take place in Center for Professional Development at 63 South Main Street, 2nd floor of the Bank of America building.

Changing or Canceling Interviews

Watch the quick tutorial here on how to change or cancel interviews in DartBoard.

You may change or cancel your interview time slot via DartBoard until 7:00am, TWO FULL BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR to your interview date (e.g. 7:00 am Thursday for a Monday interview). No changes or cancellations will be accepted after that time, as final schedules have been confirmed with the employers. DO NOT contact employers directly to change or cancel interview slots.

Students are expected to negotiate 2nd round and subsequent interview dates/times so that there is no conflict with academics and previously scheduled 1st round interviews. Employers have signed off on the following policy:

"INTERVIEW SCHEDULING: Employers must offer flexibility in scheduling 2nd-round interviews, in consideration of students' academic schedules (minimum 2 dates). A minimum of 3 business days lead time is required between notification and actual out-of-town interviews at employer's site (e.g. Thurs. night for a Wed. interview the next week). Interviews should not be scheduled during reading or exam periods."

No Shows

No shows are not permitted! If a student fails to appear on time in Center for Professional Development for a scheduled interview without explanation, the student will forfeit all remaining first round interviews in our Recruiting Program.
