The recruiting program provides a structured process for current Dartmouth students to search, apply and interview for both internships and entry-level jobs. We invite employers from a wide variety of industries and locations to join the recruiting program; however, only a small fraction – those who have substantial resources and hiring needs – will participate in on-campus recruiting.
Career fields represented in our program include: Marketing, Communications/Media, Health/Science, Education, Public Service, Consulting, Financial Services, Information Technology, Law and Public Policy/ Government.
While the majority of entry-level on-campus interviewing occurs during Fall Term, recruiting occurs at lower levels during other terms for employers with later hiring cycles. Employers in our Recruiting Program represent only a fraction of the employers interested in Dartmouth students. Many organizations, such as social service organizations, scientific and law firms, publishing houses and advertising/PR firms, prefer to post jobs in DartBoard or on their own websites and have individuals contact them directly to apply.
