Scheduling Your Organization's On-Campus Recruiting
All on-campus interviews take place in our Career Services office. Career Services schedules all first-round interviews. Subsequent interviews are arranged by the employer.
Internship and Entry-Level recruiting can be arranged during any quarter.
Here's how our process works:
- Employers contact our office to schedule an interview date or resume drop submission deadline (if you prefer to conduct telephone interviews).
- Employers receive a confirmation e-mail from our office, then return required paperwork (signed policy forms and job descriptions). The employer's event is set up by our staff in our online Recruiting system, DartBoard.
- Students are notified of an employer's upcoming deadline, view the detailed job/internship description(s) online in DartBoard, and submit application materials via DartBoard prior to the specified deadline. (See Recruiting Calendar)
- The morning following the submission deadline, employers receive an email directing them to log into DartBoard to retrieve their application bundles.
- On or before our specified deadline, employers log in to DartBoard again to enter interview decisions (preselects and alternates. They have the option of emailing decisions to our staff instead and we will handle data entry.
- Students go into DartBoard to determine whether they have been preselected for interviews and to obtain interview sign-up instructions/deadlines.
- At the specified signup start date/time, students begin scheduling their interviews in DartBoard. Employers may view final schedules in DartBoard two business days prior to the interview date.

Employers arrive in Hanover for interviews, bringing resumes for scheduled students. Final, printed schedules will be provided by Career Services.
