Hiring Students for Full-time Positions
Employers interested in hiring Dartmouth talent have several options:
- Post your position in DartBoard, free of charge, to reach Dartmouth alumni/ae and current seniors.
You can log in and set up the posting yourself, or send us the job description and our staff will set up the posting for you. Students will apply to your organization directly, following the instructions you provide in your job description. You will receive application materials on a rolling basis, as students/alums apply. Use this handy job description form if you need a place to start. Your detailed job description should be emailed, faxed or mailed to Career Services (email career.services@dartmouth.edu, fax 603-646-1360, mail to Dartmouth Career Services, 63 South Main Street, Suite 200, Hanover NH 03755-2091).
- Target only current seniors and increase your visibility by requesting a Resume Drop. If you are unable to come to campus, Career Services will advertise your position as part of our Recruiting Program, then electronically collect and forward resumes/cover letters of interested students. You receive all application materials together, in one bundle, on the morning after the submission deadline. You may contact selected students directly to set up phone interviews and/or interviews at your offices. Contact us at (603) 646-2665 or career.services.recruiting@dartmouth.edu to make arrangements.
- Schedule On-Campus Interviews with current seniors.
We will publicize your position, collect and forward applicant materials, and manage the interview scheduling for you, using DartBoard. Our entry level interviews occur:
