Use one of the scripts below as a reference on how to create submissions in RAPPORT.  Currently, you must login with one of the test PI accounts listed on the instructions worksheet. Please note, CPHS is clearing out the test studies created in these accounts on a daily basis.  If you cannot create a modification or continuing review for a study because there is already one pending, login as a different test PI.

 Note: The RAPPORT demo video references the Velos Registration page and feed to Velos. The feed and Velos Registration page will not be available at go-live. Researchers should continue to use the CTO intake form and upload approved consent forms into Velos. CPHS expects to have the feed functioning in early spring.
